MINI BOX Wall Formwork – Lightweight Formwork System – Fast, Flexible, Precise!

The MINI-BOX formwork system is a solution tailored for companies carrying out small and medium-sized projects, primarily for commercial buildings, single-family homes, building foundations, walls, silos, and retaining walls. The system is based on two types of panels: basic panels for forming ceiling and wall formwork and multifunctional panels for forming columns and corners – from small single-sided areas to large two-sided formwork. The construction consists of flat bars and 12mm plywood.

Lightweight and Easy-to-Use Formwork

The entire system concept allows for flexible and fast formwork construction. All panels are lightweight and easy to handle, making them convenient to transport and assemble without the need for cranes. Compared to competitor solutions, the MINI-BOX system stands out for its increased strength and higher permissible concrete pressure on formwork. Its strength is due to the exceptional construction, where the internal grating is made from flat bars of 5mm thickness, and the external frame is made from 6mm thick flat bars.

By using the MINI-BOX formwork system, users can significantly increase construction efficiency. The system panels can be used up to 100 times without the need for replacement.
