COVEX DB500 Temporary Roof System

COVEX DB500 is a lightweight temporary roof system designed and manufactured entirely by OLAN. Developed to provide reliable weather protection during construction and renovation works, the system combines high-strength aluminium construction with fast assembly and exceptional versatility.

The roof is built using modular aluminium trusses that can be connected together to achieve the required span and unlimited roof length. The trusses are supported by dedicated guardrails that secure the roof tarpaulins, creating a durable weather protection system for scaffolding structures.

COVEX DB750 Temporary Roof System

OVEX DB750 is OLAN’s heavy-duty temporary roof system, engineered for large-span applications where maximum strength and reliability are essential. Manufactured from specially designed aluminium profiles, the system provides outstanding structural performance while maintaining the advantages of lightweight aluminium construction.

The standard configuration allows roof spans of up to 35 metres. For larger projects, even greater spans can be achieved using reinforced beam configurations and project-specific structural calculations.

The roof structure is installed on dedicated support brackets mounted on top of the scaffolding. Thanks to additional accessories, the system can also be configured as a mobile temporary roof, allowing the entire roof structure to be moved along the building as construction or renovation progresses.

COVEX DB750 provides effective protection against rain, snow and adverse weather conditions, ensuring uninterrupted work throughout the year while protecting both workers and building materials.
